A user is struggling. Maybe they are anxious about something at work. Maybe they cannot sleep. Maybe they just feel stuck and do not know why. They open Wobble, describe what is going on in their own words via text or voice note, and submit it.
You receive their submission. You review what they have shared. Then you record a short, personalised video response, typically five to six minutes, where you reflect back what you have understood, offer practical guidance grounded in evidence-based principles, and give them one to three clear next steps they can act on straight away.
That is it. One submission, one response, one person's day changed.
The full working block is around seven minutes per response. Two minutes to review what the user shared and plan your response, five to six minutes to record it. No session bookings, no diary management, no client admin, no cancellations, no no-shows. You pick up submissions from the queue when it suits you, record your response, and move on.
This works. We have the data. Now we need the therapists.
